2. Cancellations & Modifications
7-Day Cut-off: Because we “Grow-to-Order,” any cancellations or subscription pauses must be made at least 7 days prior to your harvest date via your account portal or by emailing orders@mpafarm.ca.
Late Cancellations: If you cancel after the 7-day window, you will be charged for the current cycle as the seeds have already been sown for your specific order.
3. Substitutions & Availability
As a working farm, harvest yields can vary. We reserve the right to substitute a similar variety of microgreens or adjust quantities if a specific crop does not meet our harvest standards. We will notify you via email or SMS of any major substitutions.
