DELIVERY POLICY

1.  Delivery Schedule & Notification
  • Flexible Routing: To ensure the freshest harvest, delivery routes are optimized
  • Notification Channels: You will receive notifications regarding your specific delivery window and status updates via email, SMS (text message), or both, depending on the preferences and contact details on your account.
  • Estimates: Any provided delivery times are estimates. Factors such as weather, traffic, and farm logistics may impact the schedule. We will promptly notify you through the channels above regarding any significant adjustments or delays.
2.  Delivery Logistics & Access
  • Unattended Delivery: We do not require a signature. For residential deliveries, the order is considered delivered once placed at your residence (front door, concierge, or lobby).
  • Access Requirements: You must provide accurate unit numbers, buzzer codes, or gate
  • Failed Access & Re-delivery: If our driver cannot gain access, the product returns to the farm. Re-delivery will be attempted in the next delivery cycle only.
  • Two-Strike Rule: Two consecutive failed delivery attempts due to lack of access or incorrect info may lead to may lead to immediate cancellation of the service and any active subscription without refund for the current cycle.
  • Office Deliveries: We strive to deliver during office hours. If an office is closed, our team will place the order in an area deemed secure. If no secure area exists, the order will be marked as failed and donated. No re-delivery is provided for office failures.
3.  Risk & Condition (Assumption of Responsibility)
  • Post-Delivery Risk: Once delivered, the condition and consumption of the microgreens are at your sole risk. MPA Farm Ltd. is not responsible for theft, environmental damage, or spoilage occurring after the drop-off.
